Baby Massage
5 week courses. Reduce colic and crying. Soothe and encourage better sleep. 0-12 months. Children & babies with special needs are welcomed. £5 per course. Qualified IAIM Instructor. Book for the next course.

Your Voice
A group for parents to get involved and have a say in the development of services in the centre. You have a voice so use it! Starts on 10th April. NEW!

Global Cafe
Drop in. Get together with other people from different cultures and countries. Share experiences of living in UK, bringing up your children, using education and health services. Learn & improve your spoken English. Get help to access the services that you need. Meet new friends.

Time 4 You
Baby blues that won't go away? For mums who are feeling a bit low. Time for you to get your confidence back. Talk to mums who feel the same. Creche available.

Family & Legal Advice
10-11am, 1st Wednesday each month.

Child Behaviour or Nutrition
10-11am, 4th Wednesday each month.

Housing & Benefits Advice
11am-12pm, 2nd Wednesday each month.
Drop in advice with Light For Life.

Domestic Violence Support
12-1pm, 3rd Wednesday each month.
Drop in for confidential advice and support.

A new baby group, for pre mobile babies and their mums, dads and carers is starting soon. Please call in or phone for more details.

Multiples Group
Join together with other parents who have twins, triplets or even more! Share tips and ideas on coping.
