About us
THE Squad is a dedicated and independent Sprints, Jumps and Hurdles Athletics Squad based at Litherland Sports Park, Boundary Lane, Litherland, Sefton.
Coaching is provided by a range of qualified and experienced coaches who coach at an International, National and Regional level.
There are a range of athletes within THE Squad from those ranked nationally to those who just enjoy their training, so there will be a group within THE Squad for you.
