The Prince's Trust works with young people aged 14-30 from the following groups:

*Offenders/ex Offenders
*Care Leavers
*Educational Under Achievers.

Our programmes include:
*Business Start, giving help and advice, finance and mentor support.
*Team, a 12 week personal development programme leading to increased work, education and training opportunities
*Development Awards, small financial grants to remove barriers to
employment or education.
* XL, working with young people in school to help develop their personal
skills and increase their chances of gaining qualifications

Other sport, music based and vocational development options such as Get off the bench and Get Into Retail are available.

The Prince's Trust relies heavily on the support of fundraisers and volunteers.
