Owners’ anguish over cats’ mysterious deaths

Posted by Digital Editor on May 10, 2007 8:04 PM |

CATS in Hesketh Bank and Tarleton have been dying in mysterious circumstances.

Seemingly concentrated around Chapel Road, distraught residents have found more than one deceased pet, with poisoning being muted as the most likely cause.
Janet Read, who lives on Chapel Road, said: “The cat was found by my young daughter, whoever is doing this has no idea about the pain they are causing.”
The family still have another cat missing, Janet added: “I still hope to find Minty alive.”
l Have you had a similar experience to Janet? Do you know why this is happening? Call the ‘Visiter’ on 01704-398225.
